About me

Well… Here we are.

The time has come to sum up years of photography in just a few lines.

It’s hard to pinpoint exactly when photography first became a part of my life. I remember myself as a kid in elementary school, holding a small compact camera, trying to capture my vacation through a tiny screen. At 11, I got my first “real” camera. To be honest, I can’t say exactly what drew me to photography back then, but something kept me coming back to it.

In 2019, at 14, I spontaneously decided to take photography more seriously. Since then, I’ve been constantly working to improve, honing my skills through various courses and tirelessly chasing the perfect shot.

Over time, I’ve managed to collect hundreds of “best photos,” with each one outdoing the last and taking its place in my “Favorites” folder. Today, that folder hardly changes. To me, that’s a sign my work is finally ready to be shared. That’s how I decided to print and sell some of my favorite images, and eventually create this website.

This isn’t my first website; I’ve had several online portfolios before. The first one came shortly after I started taking photography seriously, followed by another, and then another. This one, which I think is my fourth—though I’ve lost track after so many redesigns—is the first where I’m offering my photos for sale.

Like the others, I wanted to do everything myself. It’s a process that takes a lot more time than you’d think, but it’s my way of keeping this project personal.

Photography, for me, is much more than just taking pictures. It’s a way of expressing emotions and telling stories. Most of my inspiration comes from nature and the wide range of emotions we experience; I often use the first to express the second. If I had to define my style, I’d call it “artistic wildlife photography.” Luckily, I don’t have to stick to just one definition, and I enjoy exploring other genres too.

No matter the theme, I love playing with light, shadows, and framing to give each shot its own unique feel.
