General Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the vianneyrobin.com website. They aim to define the terms of sale between the company registered under SIREN number 931500086 and its customers.
2. Essential characteristics of the goods and/or services
The products and services offered for sale are those that appear on the vianneyrobin.com website on the day the customer consults the website. Each product is accompanied by a description specifying its essential characteristics.
3. Price including tax
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). They include the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
4. Costs, date and terms of delivery
Delivery costs: Free delivery.
Delivery date: Time varies depending on the product purchased and the transport method.
Delivery terms: The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
5. Terms of execution of the contract
Orders will be executed as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 working days. In case of unavailability of the product, delay or any problem, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer at any time prior to delivery of the product.
6. Payment terms
Payment is made by the payment methods accepted at the time of ordering. Payment is due upon ordering.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of his order to return a product. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product. The product must be returned in good condition.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects
The products sold on the vianneyrobin.com website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as defined in articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

3. Keep the product and get a discount on the purchase price.
9. Commercial warranty and after-sales service
In addition to the legal guarantees, some products may benefit from an additional commercial guarantee. The cost of remote communication within the framework of after-sales service is zero.
10. Dispute resolution procedures
